1. Digital Delivery
YCSWU Access is a digital access product. There is no physical shipment.
After payment is completed, the user's Project Room is created, an Access code is generated, and login links are sent by email. Digital delivery is provided through that email and dashboard access.
Digital files provided within YCSWU Access are made available through the Project Room and YCSWU Files area.
2. Withdrawal and Refund Evaluation
Withdrawal and refund requests are evaluated according to applicable consumer legislation and the performance status of the digital content/service.
Requests received before Access is created or before access to digital content starts are reviewed separately.
After Access is activated, digital files are opened, or the user starts using the Project Room, refund evaluation is made according to the nature of the digital content/service.
3. Request Method
Refund and withdrawal requests must be sent in writing to:

The request should include the order email address, Access code, and reason for the request.
