This Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected and how it may be used during YCSWU Access and Project Room use. This text is a draft and should be reviewed by legal/accounting counsel before publication.

2. What Data Do We Collect?
Account information, Access and payment status, project/onboarding answers, uploaded files, dashboard use, messages/questions, technical logs, and consent preferences may be processed.
3. Why Do We Use Data?
Data is used to operate the account, create the Project Room, store onboarding answers, manage files, operate the question channel, provide security, fulfill legal obligations, and send permitted updates.
4. Payment Information
YCSWU does not store payment card information. Payments are processed through the payment provider. YCSWU may store only payment status, transaction reference, and transaction information required for Access activation.
5. Files and Uploads
Files uploaded to the Project Room are stored within the user's relevant project area. User files are kept separate from the global YCSWU Files library.
6. Email Notifications
Transactional emails such as Access codes, login links, password resets, security notifications, and question replies may be sent for the service to work. File, writing, tool, product, and digital material updates are sent only if the user has given permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The portal may work with third-party infrastructure such as hosting providers, payment providers, email service providers, and, if enabled, Google sign-in. Those services may be subject to their own privacy and security terms.
8. Security
User accounts are protected with methods such as password hashing, access control, private file paths, and secure download links. However, no system on the internet can provide an absolute security guarantee.
