The name, surname, email address, and other order information entered during payment and Access activation are used as the buyer information.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the YCSWU Access digital access product purchased electronically by the buyer.
3. Product / Service
Product name: YCSWU Access
Description: A digital access product providing access to a personal Project Room, onboarding form, dashboard areas, question channel, and YCSWU file/material areas.
Amount: 500 TRY
4. Delivery
Delivery is made digitally. After payment approval, the Access code and login links are sent to the email address provided by the buyer. There is no physical shipment.
5. Terms of Use
YCSWU Access does not guarantee any project or collaboration. Project work is evaluated and quoted separately.
The buyer agrees not to share the Access code or account information with third parties.
6. Withdrawal / Refund
Withdrawal and refund requests are evaluated according to applicable consumer legislation and the performance status of the digital content/service. Details are provided in the Delivery and Refund / Withdrawal Policy.
Refund requests must be sent in writing to access@ycswu.co.
7. Intellectual Property
Files, text, images, fonts, models, templates, and other digital materials provided by YCSWU remain owned or licensed by YCSWU or the relevant right holders. Use is limited by the applicable license texts.
8. Disputes
For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts apply within the scope of the relevant legislation.
