1. Scope
YCSWU Access gives the user access to a personal Project Room, onboarding form, dashboard areas, question channel, and file/material areas provided by YCSWU.
Owning YCSWU Access does not guarantee that a project or collaboration with YCSWU will take place. Any future collaboration is evaluated separately based on your answers, our conversations, project scope, fit, and YCSWU's working schedule.
You are not required to work with us, book a meeting, or introduce yourself. You may use the system only as your own access area if you prefer.
2. Question Channel and Dashboard
You may send questions through the dashboard. Replies are provided asynchronously inside the Project Room. This area is not one-to-one consulting, 24/7 support, or a guaranteed response-time service.
Project Room content may be updated over time depending on Access status, maintenance needs, and security controls.
3. Services Not Included
YCSWU Access does not include project production, custom design, revisions, meetings, branding, website work, 3D production, or consulting services. Those services are evaluated and quoted separately.
If a collaboration or project process starts, the 500 TRY paid for YCSWU Access may be deducted from the first quote. Any such deduction will be stated separately in the quote.
4. User Materials
The user accepts that they own or have permission to upload the files, text, images, logos, fonts, models, photographs, and other materials they add to the Project Room.
The user must not upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, personal data rights, or confidential information.
5. YCSWU Files
Files provided in YCSWU Files may be used within the relevant license terms. Resale, repackaging, distribution, or presenting the files as your own product is not permitted.
If a font, 3D model, or other digital material has its own specific license text, that specific license controls.
6. Account Security
Access codes, login links, and account information are personal to the user. Unauthorized sharing, transfer, or joint use with third parties is prohibited.
