This text has been prepared to inform users about personal data processed within YCSWU Access and the Project Room system under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). This text is a draft and should be reviewed by legal/accounting counsel before publication.

2. Personal Data Processed
Within YCSWU Access, the following data may be processed: name, surname, email address, phone number if provided by the user, brand/project name, onboarding form answers, project descriptions, uploaded files and materials, dashboard use, question-channel messages, Access code, payment status, payment transaction metadata, transaction records, IP address, browser/device information, legal consent records, and email permission preferences.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Creating an Access account and personal Project Room.
- Saving the onboarding form and filling dashboard areas.
- Operating file upload/download systems and the question channel.
- Running the payment / Access activation process.
- Providing security, preventing abuse, and keeping transaction records.
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
- Sending transactional, login, security, and question-reply notifications.
- Sending product, file, tool, writing, and digital material updates if the user has given permission.
4. Legal Grounds
Personal data may be processed based on establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, legitimate interest, and, where required, explicit consent. Not every processing activity is based on explicit consent; separate approval is requested when explicit consent is required.
5. Collection Method
Data may be collected electronically through the Access form, onboarding form, Project Room dashboard, file upload areas, question channel, payment provider callbacks, email/login systems, cookies, and log records.
6. Parties Data May Be Transferred To
Personal data may be shared with hosting providers, email service providers, payment providers, accounting/invoicing services, legal advisors, and competent public authorities when required by legal obligations.
Payment card information is not stored by YCSWU. Payment transactions are processed through the payment provider's infrastructure. YCSWU may keep payment status, transaction reference, and necessary transaction records.
7. Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the period required by processing purposes and for the periods required by applicable legislation. Account, project, payment, communication, and legal records may be subject to different retention periods.
8. Data Subject Rights
Under KVKK, you may have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information if processed, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion/destruction, object to processing, and request compensation if you suffer damage.
9. Application Method
KVKK requests may be sent to access@ycswu.co. Requests are evaluated within the periods required by applicable legislation.
